What's up pussy cat whoa o whoa o whoa

Dr.'s Outland, Daniela, Becky
Surgery Tech Jessica and Ashton
Feral cat traps everywhere you look
More traps
Dr Daniela at the surgery table. Dr Outland and Jessica going over paper work.
All in all we "fixed"51 cats 2 that came in traps were males that were already neutered. SO all they got were shots.
We were hoping to have 100 cats but the crappy weather the past few days hurt the trapping effort by the volunteers. 26 of the cats that we females so that alone prevented 156 kittens from just one birthing cycle.
It was a choreographed chaos. One cat had pancreatic cancer and didn't make it but that happens sometimes and unfortunately in feral cats we don't really have good health histories on them so surgery can be a slight risk. The Dr.'s preformed a necropsy on the cat and when they opened his abdomen it was very apparent that his pancreas was way inflamed, his kidneys also looked suspicious. It sucks but that happens and at least he died before it was probably too painful for him.
